Great neighborhood, kids were able to be outside playing with no worries. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Home was clean and spacious.

It is an absolute great place to stay with your family and friends. It is super clean, spacious and feels inviting. The home is conveniently located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and within close proximity of everything including the beach. Communication is adequate. My only suggestion to Michael is to always insure kitchen appliances are always in working order. Airbnb guests expect it at all time. Michael’s place will be my number one choice next time I am visiting the Naples area.

Lovely house, with loads of handy extras like bikes, table tennis. The garden and pool was regularly cleaned and mowed. Michael always responded when we couldn’t work out an appliance etc and even got a flat tyre fixed immediately for us. Gave us reminders of when to put the trash out and was genuinely happy to help at any time of the day. We had a wonderful stay and it was a great location for the beaches and close to the best grocery store we’ve ever visited! (Seed to Table). We would definitely book this again. Everything was good except for the title says 4 bedrooms and there are really 3 bedrooms with a living room and sofa, also the sofa is not 100% comfortable, you have to read the full description to be aware of how many rooms there really are. The oven didn’t turned on and the master peace shower was complicated to turn on! Some details should be fix it!

Bedrooms should have dressers and closets with hangers. Dresser in master, draws end up in your hand . Plus no place to hang your clothes. Another bedroom does not have a dresser so you are living out of your suitcase. Broken can opener plus no bottle opener .A lot of sarcasm when I told them there is no iron. 10:30 at night they dropped one off by front door and told me to enjoy. Never had someone tell me to enjoy an iron.Listing said crib in house . Not true they had one delivered the next day. Ice machine in kitchen fridge does not work.Seems with a little bit of effort $ the house would be worth the price. Pool was heated like they said and barbecue did have gas so I’ll give Mike Z credit for that.

The accommodations in Naples were very good. The house was comfortable and efficient. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. The outdoor space was wonderful. The pool and seating areas were great!!! The location was easily reached and close to different areas. The price point was reasonable. Next time I might want to stay at the house for more time!!!

Stayed here with a family of 8, pool was amazing, close distance to tons of different beaches…we LOVED tiger tail! Great restaurants…should def eat at pinchers!!!!! Comfortable, tons of space, fast and helpful communication! Only thing I would change is the pullout couch because it was a tad worn down…other than that 10/10!

It’s was an amazing Airbnb. The house was really spacious and clean, with a really nice outdoor area with a BBQ. The pool was not fully heated but overall great. It was a really enjoyable stay and also don’t miss the opportunity to run a ping pong tournament with the fam.

They sell accommodation for 10 people maximum, but only 3 beds. The 2 sofa beds really suck. They are not comfortable sleeping on them. We had to buy an inflatable mattress for a couple.

La descripción no es la correcta! Prometen una piscina climatizada y no es cierto y al contactar al anfrition te sigue insistiendo que si esta y da larga para no resolver! Alquile solo para pasar el dia en la Piscina y no pude y previamente lo pregunté antes de alquilar! Me Parece injusto The description is not correct! They promise a heated pool and it is not true and when you contact the anfrition he keeps insisting that if it is and it takes a long time not to solve! We had a great time at this house! We got in a little early before a tropical storm and Mike Z and his team made sure to get us in to the house earlier than our scheduled check in time so we could stay out of the weather. The heated pool was the cherry on top! All the amenities were as listed and the location is great. We had one small issue with a toilet but someone came over right away and fixed it.

My review focuses more on the host experience rather than the property. All-in-all the house came as advertised. Aside from a few short comings (flat bike tires, not enough coffee or trash bags) we enjoyed the house. Had our host experience not been so unsavory, I would have given the house 4 out of 5 stars. This host is a property management company and the number provided to call directs you to an answering service. Upon check-in, we called to report one of the three toilets was broken and the service took down all our information and someone got back to us quickly noting that someone from the company would be out the next day. The person who came out to fix the toilet was not a plumber. They did a quick fix, and noted the toilet needed to be replaced. The toilet broke a second time, resulting in water pooling in the bathroom, hallway, and two connecting bedrooms. It was a horrible mess to clean up late at night with a baby. It left us in a bind because of the two remaining functioning toilets, we were only able to use one due to how our family was using the house (we had a baby sleeping in the den). The plumber came on the day of check out after we had left. When I tried to explain our specific situation, resulting frustration, and what we would need to find resolution on the matter I was met with opposition, short responses, and unanswered dialogue. The host was unwilling to meet our request and did not get back to us when we tried to discuss the matter over the phone or through airbnb app to find resolution. We found them hard to communicate with and lacking empathy in understanding the difficult position we were put in when one of the toilets broke.

I never stayed at this house due to the hurricane in Florida. I was unable to make it there because flights were canceled and there was significant flooding that prevented me from getting to the house. For this reason, I tried to work directly with the host to see what could be done for a refund as a natural disaster prevented me from staying there. The staff was extremely slow to get back to me & was entirely unhelpful. There were a couple of times where they said that they would get back to me and never did. After two weeks of trying to get help from them I finally heard that they would not do anything to help refund me even though I never stayed at the house. I’m sure that this house would have been nice, but I would absolutely not recommend staying at any location that this host has due to the terrible customer service that they have.

My family and I use this home over the weekend to join some family members in a wedding in the local area. Honestly we had a few hiccups on our end with scheduling we were able and do a early check-in with no hesitation which was great for us, and we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency, but hands down the communication and the cleanliness and all that this home was we will definitely be using it again and recommending it to our friends and family. Keep up the good work guys. This is one of the best homes in the local area that I’ve stayed in.

My family and I loved our weekend getaway at Michael’s house. The pool was warm and pleasant to swim in. The beds were super comfortable. The house is exactly how explained and very cozy. There is one issue we did have, at checkout about 40 min before 11am (checkout) the maid showed up and sat in her car for awhile then the maid got out and came up to the door and handed me her phone to talk to her boss which whom asked me when I was checking out. We do understand the cleaning company have many places to clean in a day, however this uncomfortable situation could have been avoided had there been more communication between home owner and cleaning service. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This air B and B was one of the most well stocked Air B and B's ever! The kitchen had all glasses, cookware, etc. you could want and they even provided some coffee for the Keurig. The salt water pool was great and the ping pong table was an extra surprise. Plenty of space, nice big rooms and big patio! Highly recommend

The home was beautiful and clean; but and the but was the worse part of the trip . the pool which was advertised and a big part of the draw to the home did not work my entire 3-day stay. It was freezing with a dead frog in the water: I paid over a thousand dollars and the main reason for me choosing this home did not work ( the heated salt water pool ) . I was promised pool maintenance would come and no one ever showed wasting one of my days . I was not offered any type of compensation for the lack of communication about the pool. Do not promise your guest to fix a situation and then you do nothing .

It was a great place to stay with the family. House was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue with the pool heater but Michael provided his assistance and we solved the problem.

Michael house was amazing! Lots of space and very comfy. His welcome pack is awesome. Highly recommend staying there.

Awesome house. We had a great time enjoying all the amenities like the pool, tub, ping pong table, etc. Very fun. House was very clean and comfortable. Would love to go again.

buena relación precio-valor, excelentemente bien equipada, solo tenemos una queja y es que estaba sucia la piscina, no se pudo usar aun cuando ofrecieron resolverlo y nunca lo hicieron ( perdí un día de mi itinerario de vacaciones)

We stayed at Michael’s house from August 2 to 5. We did not enjoy our vacations. When we checked in we realized that everything was dirty inside the house. We have to clean the microwave, fridge, etc … . The backyard was extremely dirty. There was dog pee everywhere and trash. What about the pool? Let me tell you that pool was disgusting. There was people’s hair, bandages, and the bottom of the pool had mold, green linen. The owner said he will send a pool company to clean it and it never happened. We wasted our vacations.
