Your seasonal rental home in the Mustang Villas subdivision of Lely Resort is set up for you to get the most enjoyment out of your stay. The main outdoor feature of the home is a private, heated pool located right out the back slider of the villa. The pool has a lake view behind it and there is a nice covered area with a al fresco dining set to enjoy a break from the sun and is the perfect place for a cocktail in the evenings.

The indoors of the home has a main bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with 2 twins and a third bedroom with a queen bed. There are two full sized bathrooms - the en suite from the main bedroom and the second full sized bathroom that is shared for the two additional bedrooms and living space.

The living areas of the home include a very well appointed kitchen that includes two areas to pull up a chair/stool to: the island or and counter behind the sink. There is a formal dining area with a four top dining set and the family room has tall ceilings, lots of natural light and a large screen TV.

Your villa includes an attached 2 car garage and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and bikes for your use and enjoyment throughout your stay!

Important Details:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This property does NOT come with a membership transfer to the Players Club.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

There is an additional HOA lease application fee paid separate then this reservation and not included in the fees with your reservation. The current fee is $200 and is subject to change and needs to be verified by all guests.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
