Amazing 7th Floor Corner Unit with Spectacular Views and Walk to the Beach

Our seasonal rental condo is located on the 7th floor which is accessed by an elevator. There are 2 spectacular screened and covered lanais that has panoramic views of the Gulf Of Mexico, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State park and sunsets to the west. The main bedroom lanai looks north towards Barefoot Beach and beyond and the entire view looks towards Turkey Bay which has direct Gulf of Mexico access.

The main bedroom has a King bed, a full bathroom with a walk in shower. This room also includes a screened balcony with spectacular views looking north towards Barefoot and Bonita Beaches. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. The rental comes with the use of 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels while you are vacationing here.

There is 1 assigned parking space comes with the rental and there is unassigned parking for your guests

Vanderbilt Surf Colony has a gorgeous heated pool that is located right off of the lobby and it is located right next to the bay which gives amazing views of the building and the bay. It has a nice, covered seating area as well as lots of lounge chairs poolside to soak up lots of sun! Enjoy scenic views throughout the neighborhood and tennis, bocce and the community pool are all available for your use during your stay!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.

The unit is accessed from the common elevator located in the lobby of the building and that will get you up to the seventh floor. The building has a lobby that is locked, Mike Z Rentals will get you a key to enter the building and unit. This complex is also behind a non guarded gate.
