The primary bedroom suite offers a comfortable and private retreat, featuring a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The guest bedroom also includes a queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. A standout feature of this home is the versatile den, which functions perfectly as both a lounge space and an additional sleeping area with a gel-top queen pull-out sofa—ideal for accommodating visitors during your stay.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include background of drivers license.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
