Community amenities include a rooftop pool and spa, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and indoor dining seats up to 4. In-unit laundry adds everyday convenience, and the second-floor unit is easily reached by elevator.
