This isn't your typical vacation rental. Perched above a gulf-access canal in Bonita Springs, this one-of-a-kind 3,000+ square foot home was made for adventurers, anglers, paddlers, and anyone who wants to live the ultimate Florida waterfront lifestyle — with plenty of space and privacy to do it in style.

A Home Unlike Any Other

Spread across two stunning floors of living space, this home offers an exceptional layout that feels more like a private retreat than a vacation rental. With soaring ceilings, sweeping canal views, three separate balconies, and a ground-level pool deck steps from the water, every inch of this home is designed to make the most of its incredible surroundings.

Please note that the ground floor is garage only and not accessible to guests. All living spaces are located on the second and third floors, accessed by stairs — making this home best suited for guests who are comfortable with steps.

Second Floor — The Heart of the Home

Step up to the second floor and prepare to be impressed. Soaring ceilings and expansive windows frame gorgeous canal views, setting the tone for the entire home. A baby grand piano anchors the large, open family room — an unexpected and elegant touch that makes this home truly one of a kind. The second floor bedroom suite offers a queen bed and a private bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for guests who prefer to stay on this level. A second balcony on this floor faces the side and front of the home, offering two separate seating areas — a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun rise over the neighborhood.

Third Floor — Sleeping Quarters & Treetop Views

The third floor is home to all remaining bedrooms, a full laundry room, and a third full bathroom — everything a large group needs, all in one convenient location.

The primary suite is a true escape, featuring a king bed, a private screened lanai with a quiet seating area, and a dedicated full bathroom. Three additional king bedrooms round out the sleeping arrangements, each comfortable and well-appointed.

In total the home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms — three kings and one queen — making it ideal for multiple families or a large group of friends traveling together.

Three Balconies & Endless Outdoor Living

One of the most distinctive features of this home is the abundance of outdoor living space across multiple levels:

The family room balcony is an entertainer's dream — a covered dining set and a wall-mounted outdoor TV make it the perfect spot for al fresco dinners, game days, or simply taking in the canal breeze. Exterior stairs lead directly down to the pool deck for easy access between levels.

The primary suite balcony offers a private screened lanai with a quiet seating area — a peaceful perch for morning coffee or an evening nightcap above the treetops.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds). Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
