Tucked into the quiet, tropical streets of Bonita Shores, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is built for easy, unhurried time together — whether that's a family reunion, a group of couples, or a mix of both. Set on a canal lined with mangroves, the home has a genuinely chill, come-as-you-are feel, from the subtropical landscaping out front to the fully fenced backyard out back.

Room for Everyone

Sleeping 8 comfortably, the primary suite offers a king bed and a private en suite with a large walk-in shower, while two additional bedrooms each feature a queen and a twin — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. A second full bathroom serves those two rooms, with a convenient half bath just off the kitchen. With 5 TVs throughout the home — one in each bedroom, one in the main family room, and one in the foyer family room — there's no shortage of space to unwind.

Multiple Living Areas, Including One Just for the Kids

The heart of the home is a series of connected living spaces: a large family room that opens directly to the kitchen and dining area, complete with a second sofa and a built-in desk, plus a dedicated kids' area with its own sectional and an Atari gaming system for some nostalgic family fun. It's the kind of layout that lets everyone spread out without ever feeling apart.

Outdoor Living on the Canal

Step outside to a heated pool and spa, perfect for a morning swim or an evening soak regardless of the season. The outdoor space is built for gathering, with a dining set for 8, chaise loungers, and Adirondack chairs scattered throughout, plus a dedicated seating area right down by the dock. Fire up the 4-burner propane grill (with a side burner for sauces or a skillet) for an easy night in. The dock itself is ready for fishing, kayaking and watching our local wildlife including ospreys, bald eagles and the occasional manatee.

Bonita Shores puts you just 1.5 miles from the main entrances to both Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach — close enough for a sunset walk or a full beach day. Nearby dining options include Wyld's Cafe, Coconut Jack's, Enzo's Italian, A Table Apart, Prime Steakhouse, and C Level Bistro and Wine Bar, along with Royal Scoop and Sweet Melissa's for ice cream after a day in the sun.

Standard: To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
